Vivid Life Tarot is a service and product of SynchroLicity, LLC.

By participating in Vivid Life Tarot Services, you acknowledge and agree that LC Collins is not a licensed psychologist, lawyer, financial advisor, or health care professional and these services do not replace the care of lawyers, psychologists, financial advisors, or other healthcare professionals. Vivid Life Tarot does not guarantee any outcomes based on the Services. Vivid Life Tarot does not guarantee any accuracy or reliability of Services. Services are provided for enjoyment/entertainment purposes only. You acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for any decisions and actions taken based on the Services.

Inclusivity
Vivid Life Tarot offers Services regardless of race, sexual orientation, gender, ethnicity, cultural identity, religion, beliefs, physical ability, socioeconomic status, social class, language and age. All are welcome. We do reserve the right to refuse Services to anyone without explanation. 

Confidentiality
All readings will be kept confidential. Readings are not recorded by Vivid Life Tarot. Recordings of readings is not permitted. Unauthorized recording of readings will be subject to legal prosecution. 

Pricing
Prices for services are subject to change without notice. Vivid Life Tarot reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. Vivid Life Tarot shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability
In no case shall Vivid Life Tarot or SynchroLicity, LLC be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind. You acknowledge and agree that you are aware of the risks involved in the Services. You accept and assume all risks associated with the Services. You are voluntarily participating in the Services in spite of the risks. Vivid Life Tarot assumes no responsibility and is not liable for any damage or loss suffered by you in connection with the Services. You waive, release, and discharge Vivid Life Tarot, SynchroLicity, LLC, and LC Collins from any claims or liability of any kind arising out of the Services. The Terms apply to any claim even if caused by negligence. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to monetary amount assigned to the Services as paid by the client or posted on this website.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Vivid Life Tarot or SynchroLicity, LLC harmless from any claim or demand, including attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service posted by Vivid Life Tarot on this site constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and Vivid Life Tarot and SynchroLicity, LLC and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Vivid Life Tarot or SynchroLicity, LLC (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).
